Returns
🇪🇺 For customers in the European Union:
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
🌍 For international customers:
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
